Description
The successful candidate will work on a broad mix of advisory and transactional mandates, including:
*Executive compensation arrangements
*Equity and share-based incentive plans
*Remuneration structures for listed and private companies
*Incentives aspects of M&A and private equity transactions
*Corporate governance, disclosure, and regulatory compliance
*Cross-border incentive and compensation issues
You will collaborate closely with colleagues across corporate, tax, employment, regulatory, and international teams.
Profile
*1-4 PQE (or equivalent) in incentives, tax, employment, or corporate law
*Strong technical grounding in compensation and incentives matters (open to candidates developing in this area)
*Experience advising on incentives in a transactional context is advantageous
*Excellent drafting skills and a strong analytical mindset
*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing demands
*Strong communication skills and a collaborative working style
