About the Role We are currently recruiting for a Training Bookings & Customer Service Coordinator to join a well-established, global training and safety organisation based in York.
This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys responsibility, variety and delivering a high standard of customer service in a professional environment.
Working closely with internal teams across multiple locations, you will play a key role in ensuring delegates and corporate clients receive a seamless and efficient booking experience.
Key Responsibilities * Managing inbound enquiries via phone and email
* Processing course bookings and updating internal systems accurately
* Providing professional and timely customer service to delegates and clients
* Maintaining booking records, documentation and reporting
* Preparing course materials, instructor packs and certificates
* Supporting general office administration and operational requirements
* Working independently while collaborating with wider remote teams
About You * Previous experience in customer service, administration, bookings or coordination
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
* Confident communicator with a professional approach
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and confident learning new systems
* Self-motivated, reliable and proactive
