Job Description:
NonStop Care are working with a Good Ofsted Children’s Residential Service in Sparkhill (Birmingham), who are seeking a Senior Support Worker to join their home. This is an opportunity to join an established and supportive team.
There are also some Deputy Manager positions available for experienced candidates.
About the Role
*Managing and support care staff to provide a safe, nurturing environment for young people,
*Ensuring adherence to care plans, regulatory guidelines, and the home’s objectives
*Maintaining professional, positive practice as a role model and leader.
Benefits

*£60 per sleep in

Requirements:
*DBS clearance
*Experience within children’s residential services
*NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
