Overview:
A senior opportunity for an experienced Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join an established litigation team in Glasgow. You’ll handle a broad caseload of complex, high-value disputes spanning property litigation, commercial matters and professional negligence. With succession planning in mind, this role offers real scope to help shape the team’s long-term direction.
Role Requirements:
Experience:
*6+ years’ PQE in dispute resolution
*Track record managing complex litigation, including property and commercial disputes
*Experience representing both pursuers (often via insurers) and defenders


Responsibilities:
*Lead significant cases and contribute to the team’s strategic growth
*Mentor and support junior team members
*Play an active role in developing the firm’s wider litigation offering

*Confident advocacy and clear client communication
