Preferred Requirements:*Prepare detailed cost breakdowns for negotiation and advise on cost-related issues.
*Develop and monitor cost budgets, attending Cost Management Hearings as needed.
*Manage costs actively through Cosine Software, drafting formal bills of costs and overseeing the assessment process.
*Liaise with external Cost Lawyers and provide in-house oversight when necessary.
*Advise on cost offers and the drafting of retainer and other funding documents.
Preferred Qualifications:*A qualified Costs Lawyer with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
*Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize effectively.
