Job Title: Team Leader
Location: Calne, Wiltshire
Salary: £34K basic plus O/T
Type: Permanent full time
An exciting opportunity has opened for an experienced Team Leader to manage our clients overhaul and maintenance unit in Calne. If you’re a hands-on engineering professional with strong leadership skills, you’ll lead a skilled team delivering high-quality maintenance and repair services for rail products.
Key Responsibilities:
*Lead, motivate, and develop a technical team.
*Oversee daily operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
*Provide technical guidance, troubleshoot issues, and support problem-solving.
*Manage workflows, work orders, and reporting through SAP.
Requirements:
*Practical engineering background (electrical or fully qualified electrician preferred).
*Leadership experience managing technical teams in maintenance/overhaul environments.
*SAP or ERP system experience.
*Strong communication, decision-making, and organisational skills.
