Customer Service Advisor (Hybrid – Immediate Start)
£14 p/h | 1–3 Month Assignment (Initially)

We’re working with a fast-growing, sustainability-focused organisation seeking an upbeat and detail-oriented Customer Service Advisor to join their team for an initial 1–3 month period.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a modern, open-plan office environment with excellent team feedback. They’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running, work at pace, and deliver a high standard of customer support.
The Role:
*Answer inbound customer calls and email enquiries
*Support post-installation queries
*Assist with basic technical troubleshooting
*Guide customers through app and product set-up
*Log and update all interactions accurately on the CRM system
About You:
*Excellent telephone manner and confident communicator
*Calm, professional, and solutions-focused
*Comfortable using CRM systems, databases, or Excel
*Strong attention to detail and able to multitask
*Interest in sustainability is a bonus
Working Pattern:
*Monday–Thursday: 9:00am–6:00pm
*Friday: 9:00am–5:00pm
*Hybrid working (office in West-End)
*Starting ASAP following interview
