DCS Recruitment currently seek a Senior Estimator (External Works & Hard Landscaping) to join their client’s team.
You will:
*Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates
*Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal project teams to ensure projects remain on track and within budget.
*Lead and mentor junior estimators, supporting their development and improving overall team performance.
*Identify risks and opportunities within tenders.
*Introduce new ideas and processes to improve efficiency and business performance.
The Successful Candidate Will Have:
*Proven experience as a Senior Estimator within external works and hard landscaping.
*Strong organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality.
*Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members.
*Excellent communication skills
