Bell Cornwall Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting a pro-active Paralegal at a thriving law firm. They are looking for a driven person with property litigation experience.
Property Litigation Paralegal responsibilities:
*Draft and prepare legal documents including Landlord and tenant disputes
*Conduct research on property records, title disputes and legal issues
*Carry out Lease Reviews
*Maintain organised case files and documentation
*Liaise with clients, courts, and third parties
The ideal candidate will have:
*MUST HAVE previous experience in property litigation
*Previous experience with case management systems
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Ability to multitask
*Strong attention to detail
