Based in Beaconsfield, this progressive firm of Chartered Accountants supports a varied portfolio of owner-managed businesses, SMEs, and growing companies. As Business Services Manager, you will oversee accounts preparation, tax compliance, and management reporting, while acting as a trusted adviser to clients. You will manage your own portfolio, review work prepared by junior staff, and ensure the highest standards of service delivery within agreed deadlines.

Key Responsibilities*Managing a portfolio of business services clients, including SMEs and owner-managed businesses
*Reviewing statutory accounts, management accounts, and corporation tax computations
*Acting as the main point of contact for clients, providing proactive advice
*Supervising, mentoring, and developing junior team members
*Ensuring compliance with UK accounting standards and regulatory requirements
*Supporting business development and identifying growth opportunities
Requirements*ACA/ACCA qualified or qualified by experience
*Strong background in accounts preparation and client portfolio management
*Must have a minimum of 4 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
*Excellent technical knowledge of UK accounting standards and tax compliance
*Strong communication and leadership skills
*Ability to manage multiple deadlines and deliver high-quality client service
