Our client is on an exciting growth journey — expanding fast, thinking bold, and disrupting the drinks category with a dynamic portfolio of challenger brands. They are now looking for a commercially minded Partner Brand Manager to help accelerate this momentum.
You will have proven brand building experience in leading end-to-end brand growth activity. The right person for the role will be expected to lead brand strategy in line with the portfolio objectives, and to drive market penetration by unlocking new opportunities for their brands.

Purpose of role:
Responsible for the strategic direction, planning & execution of our client’s partner drinks portfolio. Seeking a commercially savvy Brand Manager with proven experience in profit-enhancing brand building & implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
*A proven brand builder, with experience leading a brand through growth activity, beginning to end.
*Support the development of business cases for new partner brand acquisitions, licensing agreements, or own-brand innovation.
*Develop and execute brand strategies for partner beverage brands in line with overall portfolio and commercial objectives.
*Lead cross-functional projects across multiple beverage categories (e.g., beer, cider, wine, spirits, RTDs, soft drinks, energy) to identify and evaluate partner brand and own-brand opportunities, ensuring the portfolio meets consumer needs, drives growth, and strengthens category presence.
*Assess market trends, consumer insights, and commercial performance to identify gaps, innovation opportunities, and white space within the beverage portfolio.
*Develop knowledge and insight into trends, competitors and consumers to shape EPD/NPD and respond to changing markets.
*Lead the relationship with external agencies
*Manage the Marketing budget for the brands.
*Ensure marketing initiatives deliver long term, margin enhancing growth for the brands.
Skills & Experience
*Significant FMCG brand marketing experience.
*Ideally: experience with the full communication mix, notably retail shopper marketing & traditional media. Experience within any beverage market desirable.
*Strategic with the ability to see opportunities and develop actionable solutions.
*Excellent project management skills with an eye for detail and high standards of execution.
*Understanding of trends & real-world application.
*Commercial acumen; comfortable with handling input costs & balancing margins to drive profit-enhancing initiatives.
*Budget management.
*Strong communicator.
