I’m excited to be partnering with a leading US law firm to recruit a Support Assistant for their London office. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a world-class organisation known for its collaborative culture, high standards, and commitment to developing exceptional talent.
In this role, you’ll support a mix of Partners, Counsel, and other attorneys, with additional guidance from specialist support professionals on the same floor. You’ll be part of a global team environment, working with modern systems and real-time workflows.
What you’ll be doing
* Managing time entry, expenses, calendars, and scheduling
* Coordinating travel arrangements
* Editing and managing legal documents
* Generating and posting client invoices
* Learning internal systems to find efficient, innovative solutions
* Handling confidential information with absolute discretion
