An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join a friendly, supportive in-house Occupational Health team in Sheffield.
This hybrid role offers the chance to work closely with a Senior Occupational Health Advisor and collaborate with a wider multidisciplinary team to deliver a high-quality, proactive Occupational Health and Wellbeing service.
You’ll play a key role in shaping and driving the service forward, contributing ideas and supporting a positive health culture across the organisation.
The RoleYou will deliver a full Occupational Health remit, including:
*Sickness absence management
*Management referrals
*Health surveillance
*Health promotion initiatives
*Pre-employment screening
About You*Qualified and experienced Occupational Health Advisor
*Confident managing a varied caseload independently
*Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
*Passionate about workplace wellbeing
