A market leader in the fit out and D&B world are looking to add a Proposals Designer to their work winning team. You will support the delivery of high-quality tender submissions within a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment. Working closely with project, design, commercial, and leadership teams, you will manage bids from initial review through to final submission, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and compliance with all requirements. The role involves coordinating input from internal stakeholders, design of marketing/bid collateral and contributing to the continuous improvement of bid processes, templates, and overall submission quality. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to perform under pressure are essential.
Alongside bid coordination, the role requires a strong creative skill set, with responsibility for producing visually engaging and well-structured submission materials. You will use Adobe Creative Suite and digital design tools such as Figma to create layouts, templates, diagrams, and infographics that communicate complex information clearly and consistently. The ideal candidate will bring 3–5 years’ experience in bid or proposal support role, a strong portfolio demonstrating document design capability, and the ability to balance multiple deadlines while maintaining high standards.
