Job Description:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a confident, target driven individualto join our client’s growing team based in Nottingham, as a Telesales Executive. The role will initially be 6-month contract with genuine prospect of moving into a permanent position.
Our client is a well-established business within the food industry, and you will be joining a dynamic team of driven sales and customer service professionals. This Telesales Executive position is office-based and involves nurturing strong, lasting relationships, identify sales opportunities and consistently work towards targets.
What you will be doing as the Telesales Executive:
*Manage customer orders over the phone and acting as a trusted product advisor
*Identify upselling and cross selling opportunities during customer conversations
*Support customers with product knowledge and digital ordering platforms
*Analyse buying patterns to drive effective sales conversations
*Handle customer queries and objections professionally
*Working towards individual and team sales targets
Key skills and experience required:
*At least 1-year previous experience in a telesales, sales or customer service role where you had to upsell
*Confident and professional telephone manner
*Strong communication and relationship building skills
*Target-driven with a proactive approach to upselling
*Positive attitude and willingness to learn product knowledge
*Passionate about food or hospitality is a bonus! but not essential
The Essentials:
*£26,000 basic salary plus incentives and monthly bonus
*Extra earning potential of circa £6 000 through incentives / bonusses
*25 days holiday plus bank holidays
*Confidential wellbeing support and counselling

*Pension scheme with 4% employer contribution, increasing to 6% after year one
