New Business Co-Ordinator
Location: Midlands / North West (Office-based, Bootle L20)
Job Type: Full-time | Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm
Salary: £26,000 – £29,000 (DOE)
We are seeking an organised and customer-focused New Business Co-Ordinator to support contract management, customer retention, and sales administration within a busy business support team.
This role plays a key part in managing in-term contracts, supporting sales operations, and ensuring excellent customer service, while providing cover for colleagues when required.
Key Responsibilities *Manage in-term contracts, including intake, tracking, and cancellations
*Maintain accurate records and contract spreadsheets
*Carry out customer satisfaction and follow-up calls
*Log feedback and share insights with relevant teams
*Provide cover for Sales Analyst and Administration functions
*Support field sales with contract and service information
*Help resolve service and subcontractor issues
*Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth customer handovers
About You *Highly organised with strong attention to detail
*Confident in managing contracts and customer records
*Excellent telephone and communication skills
*Proactive, adaptable, and reliable
*Comfortable handling multiple priorities
*Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset
Essential Skills & Experience *Experience in contract management, administration, or customer service
*Strong Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel, Word, Outlook)
*Experience using CRM systems and business software
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
*Ability to cover multiple roles when required
Desirable *Experience with Power BI, Purgo, or similar systems
*Customer feedback or survey experience
*Sales or telesales background
*Market or competitor analysis experience
