Job Description:
PSL Recruitment Services are currently recruiting for an experienced Occupational Therapist to work within an NHS community supported discharge and rehabilitation service based in South Central London.
This role involves providing specialist OT interventions as part of a multidisciplinary team, supporting patients with safe discharge from hospital, promoting independence, and preventing hospital admission. A driver is desirable but not essential.
Requirements:
* Current HCPC registration (essential)
* Experience working within community or rehabilitation settings
* Eligibility to work in the UK
