We are looking for a Exam Conduct Officer to join our team.


Role Summary


You’ll deliver day-to-day operational activity to maintain test security and academic integrity across Kaplan Assessments, primarily for the Kaplan Test of English. You will review e-proctored sessions, performance compliance checks, collect and collate evidence of suspected misconduct, keep accurate case records, and support subject access requests.


This is an excellent opportunity for someone who may be currently working within Exam Administration, who is looking to expand their skills and build their career with an industry leader.


What you’ll bring to the role


This role suits a detail-oriented, self-motivated professional who is committed to academic integrity and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.


Essential
*Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (education, linguistics, educational measurement or related).
*Experience contributing to academic integrity or misconduct processes (evidence gathering, reporting).
*Strong attention to detail and accuracy when recording/reviewing evidence.
*Good understanding of academic misconduct and good academic practice.
*Strong organisational, prioritisation and time management skills.
*Ability to work independently and in a remote team.
*Confident user of IT systems and comfortable with online proctoring platforms.
*Excellent interpersonal, communication and report writing skills.
*Respect for confidentiality and data protection requirements.


Desirable
*Experience with high stakes assessments or international education settings.
*Prior experience with online proctoring or exam administration workflows.
*Familiarity with academic integrity appeals processes.
*Experience working across geographically dispersed teams.
*Comfortable operating in an evolving environment and managing ambiguity.
