Motor Claims Manager

Job Description:
We are working with a well-established provider of specialist loss adjusting and claims-solutions services, renowned for technical excellence, long-standing success, and commitment to supporting employee growth, development, and wellbeing. Key Responsibilities
*Manage motor claims from initial instruction through to settlement, ensuring high-quality service and technical accuracy
*Conduct thorough investigations, gathering high-quality evidence including statements, photographs, and supporting documentation
*Communicate proactively with all relevant parties, prioritising telephone engagement to progress claims efficiently
*Demonstrate sound judgement in relation to liability, indemnity, and quantum, aligned with client requirements
*Produce clear, informative reports that reflect the value of involvement and keep clients fully updated
*Maintain detailed and accurate records of communications, decisions, milestones, and outcomes
*Allocate and manage your caseload in line with licensing requirements, escalating cases outside licence where appropriate
*Uphold TCF principles and ensure compliance with all client SLAs, KPIs, and internal procedures
*Contribute positively to the wider team, supporting knowledge sharing and collaborative working
Requirements
*Minimum 3 years’ motor claims handling experience
*Strong knowledge of motor claim processes and principles
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Strong investigative and analytical capabilities
*High level of IT literacy
*Ability to work both collaboratively and independently
*Able to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines
*Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to quality
*Cert CILA / Cert CII or equivalent qualifications desirable, but may not be essential
