Dispatch/Warehouse Operative – Temp to Perm
Location:Harlow
Pay Rate:£13.00 per hour
Hours:
*Monday – Thursday: 8:00am – 4:30pm (1-hour lunch)
*Friday: 8:00am – 4:00pm
About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Dispatch/Warehouse Operative to join a busy and friendly team in Harlow. This is a temp-to-perm position, offering long-term career potential for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
*Picking and packing goods accurately
*Using a PDA scanner to process, track, and complete orders
*Communicating with couriers, including DPD and DX
*Preparing items for dispatch and ensuring correct labelling
*Manual handling of goods
*Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment
Requirements
*Previous warehouse/dispatch experience preferred
*Confident using PDA scanners or similar devices
*PC literate
*Comfortable with manual handling
*Reliable, punctual, and a good team player
