Sales Analyst & Administrator
Location: North West (Office-based, Bootle L20)
Job Type: Full-time | Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm
Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 (Depending on Experience)
We are seeking a highly organised and analytical Sales Analyst & Administrator to join our growing team. This role plays a key part in supporting sales operations, managing CRM systems, and delivering meaningful insights to drive business performance.
Key Responsibilities *Provide administrative support to the sales team
*Maintain and manage CRM systems and data accuracy
*Process sales documentation and contracts
*Track and analyse leads, opportunities, and conversions
*Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards
*Support inbound and digital sales enquiries
*Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Management teams
*Assist with CRM training and user support
About You *Highly organised with strong attention to detail
*Confident working with CRM systems and sales data
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Proactive, reliable, and adaptable
*Customer-focused with a strong team ethic
Essential Experience & Skills *Experience in sales administration, CRM, or business support
*Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills
*Experience producing reports and analysing data
*Ability to manage multiple priorities
Desirable *Industry experience (waste management or similar)
*Advanced reporting or dashboard tools
*CRM training or certification
*Contract administration experience
