Are you a Property Manager or Estate Agent with a background in maintenance, compliance, or a similar field, looking for a flexible, hybrid role? In this position, you will manage bulk contracts and help minimise inspection frequency, all within a company that offers fantastic benefits such as an onsite gym, free parking, and enhanced holiday allowance.

In this hybrid role, your responsibilities will include coordinating and overseeing the compliance around maintenance, inspecting properties once every 3-6 months, liaising with contractors to manage maintenance issues and assure they are dealt with in a timely manor.

This role would suit someone with a background In property management/maintenance or similar looking for a flexible working environment where they will have the support of a tight-knit team to aid their personal development.
