Job Opportunity: Associate Solicitor – Personal Injury
Location: Glasgow (Hybrid)
Overview:
A growing personal injury firm is seeking an Associate Solicitor to join its Glasgow office. You will manage a caseload of complex RTA, EL/PL, vehicle damage and hire claims while supervising and mentoring a team of Solicitors and Paralegals. This role combines hands-on casework with leadership and client management responsibilities.
Role Requirements:
*Scottish-qualified Solicitor with 5+ years PQE
*Experience managing a team and handling personal injury claims
*Court litigation experience, including Sheriff Court and Court of Session procedures
Skills:
*Drafting, negotiation and client communication
*Leadership and mentoring of junior staff
*Commercial awareness and focus on delivering results
