You will be responsible for recovering outstanding balances and protecting revenue. But equally important is how you do it. Collections Advisor – The Job:
*Managing a portfolio of overdue accounts
*Contacting customers via phone and digital channels to discuss arrears
*Negotiating sustainable repayment arrangements
*Identifying signs of vulnerability and responding appropriately
*Ensuring all conversations and actions meet FCA and internal compliance standards
*Accurately documenting customer interactions
*Working towards agreed performance and quality targets
Collections Advisor – Ideal Candidate:
*Previous experience in collections, credit control or arrears management
*Strong negotiation and communication skills
*Ability to handle sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism
*Good understanding of customer vulnerability and fair treatment principles
