Personal Injury Solicitor
Location: North Kent | Hybrid Working Considered
A leading law firm is seeking a talented Solicitor with expertise in Personal Injury, ideally some Road Traffic Accident (RTA) and Credit Hire litigation to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional to manage a varied caseload and contribute to a dynamic department.
The Role
You will:
*Handle a caseload of litigated and pre-litigated RTA and credit hire claims
*Draft pleadings, witness statements and other court documents
*Negotiate settlements and liaise with clients, insurers and counsel
*Ensure compliance with legislation and procedural rules
*Provide commercially focused legal advice and robust representation
*Support junior team members when required
Key Requirements
*Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 2+ years PQE
*Strong knowledge of RTA and credit hire litigation
*Experience across Small, Fast, Intermediate and Multi-Track cases
*Excellent drafting, negotiation and advocacy skills
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable Skills:
*Familiarity with case management systems
*Strong organisational and time management skills
*IT literacy, including Microsoft Office
