Legal Executive (NQ–2 PQE) / Property Solicitor – Devon-based

A niche, purpose-led law firm in Devon is seeking a Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their friendly, collaborative team. They specialise in advising state schools and FE colleges across the UK, offering meaningful work in a supportive, values-driven environment.
The role:
*Commercial and residential property matters
*Drafting and negotiating leases and transfers
*Title reviews and Land Registry work
*Gradually managing your own caseload (mentored and supported)
The candidate:
*Newly qualified or 1–2 PQE property lawyer
*Positive, solution-focused, and keen to learn
*Organised with attention to detail
Salary: £35,000–£45,000 (depending on experience)
Hours: 37.5/week
