Key Responsibilities
*Manage litigated and pre-litigated clinical negligence claims
*Act on behalf of NHS Resolution and NHS Trusts
*Conduct investigations and liaise with clients, counsel, experts and claimants
*Draft pleadings and reports
*Meet financial and chargeable hour targets
*Ensure compliance with client SLAs and regulatory requirements
*Contribute to business development initiatives
About You
*Qualified Solicitor (or equivalent) with 3+ years’ PQE
*Experience defending high-value, complex clinical negligence claims
*Strong technical knowledge, including CPR
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
*Ability to manage deadlines and work both independently and as part of a team
