Sales Executive
Location: Leeds
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 + commission
Elevation are working with a fast-growing UK pet food company, specialising in high-quality, natural, and innovative pet nutrition products. They supply independent pet food shops, country stores, and specialist retailers across the UK, helping pets live healthier, happier lives.
We’re looking for a passionate Sales Executive to join the team and grow their presence in the independent pet retail sector. This role is perfect for someone with excellent relationship-building skills and commercial acumen.
Key Responsibilities * Develop and maintain relationships with independent pet food shops, country stores, and local retailers.
* Identify new sales opportunities and generate new accounts within your assigned territory.
* Present, promote, and sell company products, focusing on their benefits, quality, and unique selling points.
* Provide feedback from the market on customer needs, competitor activity, and product opportunities.
Required Skills & Experience * Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in FMCG, pet food, or retail supply sectors.
* Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with independent retailers.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and ambitious - someone who wants to make their mark
