Job Description:
Corporate/Partnership Senior Tax Associate
London
Up to £90k
The incumbentwill have experience in assisting in the management of portfolio corporate clients.
Duties Include:
*The review of US Corporate and Partnership tax returns along with the associated underlying calculations applying the applicable US tax concepts (some complex)
*Conducting research to provide technical solutions and deliverables for clients.
*The preparation of budgets.
*Liaising with clients with guidance.
*Conducting research of US tax concepts, with the ability to demonstrate technical knowledge in US tax applicable and following the developments in US taxation including latest technology.
Requirements:
*Current US CPA, Enrolled Agent or similar qualification preferred, or progress towards becoming a US CPA, Enrolled Agent
*Looking for someone with over two years’ experience in corporate or partnership US tax compliance
*Private Equity Fund exposure would be a ’nice to have’.
*Proficient in Excel and a major tax preparation software required (they are using CCH Axcess)
*Mentoring junior team members
