The Role
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting and providing meaningful insight to support strategic decision-making. Working closely with senior stakeholders, the Management Accountant will gain valuable exposure and the opportunity to make a tangible impact.
Key responsibilities include:
*Preparation of monthly management accounts
*Variance analysis with clear commentary
*Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes
*Balance sheet reconciliations
*Assisting with year-end and audit processes
*Contributing to ongoing improvements in financial controls and processes
The Candidate
*Part-qualified (ACCA / CIMA / ACA) or actively studying
*Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
*Confident communicator, able to partner effectively with non-finance stakeholders
*Proactive, driven, and keen to develop within a growing organisation
