Interim Personal Assistant - Redruth - 12 Month FTC - 30 hours per week £28k
Well Placed HR are working with a fantastic repeat client as they seek to recruit an Interim (12 months) and part time (30 hours) Personal Assistant for their team.
We are seeking a highly organised and professional Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a Director. This is a pivotal role supporting senior leaders to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the operations, while also providing administrative support to multiple areas of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full diary management, meeting coordination, room bookings and travel arrangements
-Preparing agendas and producing high-quality, confidential minutes
- Managing correspondence, filtering emails and calls, and drafting responses on behalf of key staff.
- Acting as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Supporting effective communication across the organisation and wider external networks
- Providing cover for other team members when required

You will be proactive, highly organised and able to manage competing priorities with professionalism and discretion. Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to delivering first-class customer service are essential.
