£27,500 pa + bonus (OTE £33,000 pa)

We’re looking for a friendly, organised and customer-focused Parts Advisor to join the Parts Department at Renault Cardiff. You’ll be joining a welcoming team in a well-established main dealership where clear communication, accuracy and supportive teamwork are valued every day.


What You’ll Do
You’ll play an important role in keeping customers and our workshop moving by:
*Serving customers at both the front counter (retail) and back counter (workshop).
*Supporting Technicians with accurate and timely parts supply.
*Managing parts ordering, deliveries, returns and stock control.
*Looking after our parts storage area to ensure everything is safe, tidy and easy to access.
*Using dealership systems such as Kerridge, Autoline or similar platforms.
*Providing product information in a helpful, non-pressured way.


What We’re Looking For
We welcome applications from people with:
*Previous experience in a parts advisor or automotive parts environment.
*Backgrounds in main dealers, manufacturer-owned groups, motor factors, trade parts operations or national parts retailers.
*Confidence using automotive parts systems (Kerridge, Autoline, Keyloop or similar).
*A calm, helpful and professional approach to customer communication.
*Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
If you have main dealer experience, you’ll be prioritised for interview, though this is not essential.


Hours & Pay
*Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm (30-minute lunch break)
*1-in-3 Saturday mornings, 8:30am to 12:30pm (paid at time-and-a-half)
*Basic salary: £27,500 per annum
*Bonus: Achievable, regularly reached OTE of £33,000 per annum
