SANZA Teaching Agency are working in partnership with a friendly and supportive primary school located in the heart of Islington. The school is seeking a positive, proactive and organised School Administrator / Receptionist to join their welcoming office team.

About the Role: * Acting as the first point of contact for parents, pupils and visitors

* Managing front desk reception duties in a professional and welcoming manner

* Answering phone calls and responding to emails and general enquiries

* Supporting with day-to-day administrative tasks across the school office

* Liaising with staff, parents and pupils to resolve queries efficiently

* Maintaining accurate records and ensuring confidentiality at all times

The Ideal Candidate: * Previous experience working in a school office or administrative role

* Teaching Assistant experience will also be considered, particularly if you have a strong understanding of how a school operates

* Friendly, upbeat and professional approach

* Proactive, organised and willing to learn

* Confident communicating with staff, parents and pupils

* Able to manage multiple tasks in a busy school environment

The school is looking for someone who can bring positive energy to the office, build strong relationships and contribute to the smooth running of the school day.
