Relief Hospitality Specialist
Location: Central London
Hours: Flexible, approximately 20–40 hours per week
Houston & Hawkes are looking for professional, adaptable and service-driven Relief Hospitality Specialists to support our premium Central London client sites. This role offers the opportunity to work across a variety of high-profile corporate hospitality environments that reflect the standards of 5-star service.
We welcome applications from experienced hospitality professionals as well as students with relevant front-of-house experience who are seeking flexible work while developing their careers within a respected, people-focused business.

Duties:
• Delivering exceptional customer service across hospitality and dining environments
• Supporting meetings, working lunches, events and canapé service
• Preparing and serving teas, coffees and beverages to Houston & Hawkes standards
• Assisting with room set-up, clearing and maintaining presentation standards
• Polishing glassware, crockery and cutlery where required
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across service areas
• Supporting on-site teams to ensure smooth and professional service delivery


Requirements:
• Previous hospitality experience within contract catering, hotels, restaurants or events
• Students with relevant hospitality experience are welcome to apply
• Professional, friendly and confident approach to guest service
• Strong communication skills and a team-focused mindset
• Flexible, reliable and able to adapt to different sites and environments
• High attention to detail and service standards
