Your new company
We are currently recruiting a Project officer for one of our partnership clients. We require a temporary project officer to work within a supported housing scheme for 16-25-year-olds.

Your new role
You will provide key worker support for young people on a one-on-one basis and in group work settings, including life skills and independent skills, including cooking and money management. You will have a caseload of up to 12 people who you will produce support and action plans and also risk assessments. You will also provide scheme cover on a rota basis, maintaining the safety and security of the scheme. This will involve lone working alone after 5pm.
You will be required to work full time Monday-Friday and you will work on a 3-week rota, working 8-4pm, 10-6pm and 12-8pm. This role is on-site but might be an option for some home working.
What you’ll need to succeed
Ideally, you will have worked in a role supporting young people, and you will have some knowledge of writing support plans. You will have excellent communication skills and will have experience working in a customer-facing role. Understanding homelessness and housing legislation would be beneficial.
