Job Description:
The Role: Finance Director
The Company: Real Estate Investment firm
The location: London City Centre (5 days in office)
The role:
*Oversight of the full finance function
*Maintenance & Oversight of all bookkeeping, reconciliation including transactional accounting
*Manage Group, Fund & SPV Finance
*Partnering with stakeholders on cost control, forecasting & drawdowns
*Deliver investor communications and fund updates
*Manage equity drawdowns and distributions
*Manage equity drawdowns and distributions in line with fund and JV documentation
*Ensure compliance with UK tax and regulatory obligations, including VAT
*Experience with transformation, implementing new systems etc
Prior Experience:
*Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) and CFA qualification would be advantageous
*Strong knowledge of UK accounting principles and financial reporting standards
*Experience in Private Equity, Real Estate Investment or Investment Banking
*Experience Fundraising
*Advanced in Excel, PowerBI, Python etc
