We are seeking an experienced Temporary Bookings Controller to join a busy hospital environment on a temporary basis.
This role requires a confident and knowledgeable staffing professional who can step straight into the position and deliver operationally from day one.
Essential experience:
*Previous NHS experience
*Proven experience coordinating bank staff
*Strong working knowledge of Healthroster and ESR
*Ability to manage high-volume bookings in a fast-paced environment
*Confident liaising with clinical teams and internal stakeholders at all levels
The successful candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and able to work efficiently under pressure while ensuring staffing requirements are met accurately and promptly.
