Social Media Manager & Content Creator
Part-Time (3 Days Per Week) | In-House
Billericay, Essex
£40,000–£50,000 Pro Rata (DOE)
Are you a strategic, creative social media professional who understands the power of brand, reputation, and results?
Are you working or have you worked within a regulated healthcare environment where professionalism, compliance, and patient trust are paramount?
A premium, medically led surgical and aesthetic clinic is looking for an experienced Social Media Manager & Content Creator to take full ownership of its online presence.
Following major investment into facilities, patient experience, and brand positioning, this is an exciting opportunity to shape and elevate a growing aesthetic brand’s digital voice.
The Role
You will lead the full social media function, from strategy to execution, ensuring the content reflects clinical excellence, premium positioning, and drives meaningful enquiries.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
*Develop and execute a clear, commercially focused social media strategy
*Plan structured monthly content calendars (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn + others)
*Align content with treatments, clinicians, launches, and campaigns
*Maintain a consistent, premium brand aesthetic and tone
Content Creation
*Create engaging short-form video (Reels), carousels, stories & educational content
*Film and edit in-house content (polished mobile production welcomed)
*Work closely with clinicians to capture authentic, compliant material
*Deliver content that reflects a high-end, medically led environment
Community Management
*Manage DMs, comments, and engagement professionally and promptly
*Escalate sensitive or clinical enquiries appropriately
*Build an engaged, trust-led online community
Compliance & Brand Governance
*Ensure all content aligns with healthcare advertising standards
*Avoid misleading claims and protect brand reputation
*Work closely with leadership to maintain ethical, safe messaging
Performance & Growth
*Track reach, engagement, follower growth & enquiry metrics
*Refine strategy based on performance data
*Contribute ideas to improve enquiry quality and conversion
Skills & Experience
*Proven experience managing social media for an established brand (aesthetics, healthcare, wellness, or luxury preferred)
*Strong video editing and visual content skills
*Confident using tools such as Adobe Pro, Canva, CapCut, InShot or similar
*Excellent written communication
*Highly organised and comfortable working independently
*Professional and confident within a clinical setting

*Proactive and self-motivated

Working Pattern
