PE Specialist - Primary School- Cambridge
After Easter 2026 | Full-Time | £130-£170 per day (PAYE)
A primary school in Cambridge is seeking a PE Specialist to join their team after the Easter break 2026. This is a full-time position delivering PE across the primary age range.
Role Overview:
*Teaching PE across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2
*Planning and delivering structured lessons in line with the national curriculum
*Promoting physical development, teamwork, and participation in sport
*Supporting wider school sport initiatives where required
*Contributing to the ongoing development of PE provision
The Successful Candidate Will:
*Hold QTS (or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification)
*Have experience teaching PE within a primary setting
*Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management
*Be organised and able to plan effective, inclusive lessons
*Show commitment to maintaining high standards of teaching and learning
Requirements:
*Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
*Right to work in the UK
*A CV covering the last 10 years of employment history (where possible), with references
