We’re delighted to be supporting a highly professional and well-established financial planning firm in their search for a Financial Administrator to join their growing team.
This business is known for delivering a first-class, highly personalised service to clients and operates with a strong team-based culture behind the scenes. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the client journey runs smoothly, providing vital administrative support to advisers, paraplanners, and clients.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous experience in wealth management, financial or IFA administration who enjoys working in a structured, client-focused environment where quality and professionalism are paramount.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
• Managing incoming and outgoing post
• Preparing and issuing client letters and correspondence
• Supporting advisers and paraplanners with day-to-day administration
• Processing new business and maintaining accurate client records
• Handling client queries and assisting with servicing requests
• General office and administrative support to ensure a smooth client experience
