Job Title: Production Supervisor (GAP Leader - Group Autonomy of Production)
Location: Knaresborough -Remote location so need own transport

We are seeking a hands-on and driven Production Supervisor (GAP Leader) to lead an autonomous production group within our manufacturing operation. As the cornerstone of your team, you will be responsible for delivering planned production outputs while minimising variability and ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
This is a leadership role that combines team management, operational oversight, and direct production involvement. You will provide on-the-job training, support continuous improvement activities, and step into operator roles when required to maintain smooth production flow.
What We’re Looking For * Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment

* Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred

* Strong understanding of safety, quality, and lean manufacturing principles

* Experience with QRQC, SAP systems, and production planning tools is an advantage

* Ability to lead by example and work hands-on when required

What’s on Offer
* Monday to Friday - Overtime available

*£14.50 per hour
* Rotating shifts: 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm (weekly rotation)

* Temporary to permanent opportunity
