A Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie is required for a 120 bedroom 4* star hotel in central Birmingham. This hotel has state of the art conference facility’s as well as a stunning a ’la carte restaurant.
You will be working with fresh, seasonal and local food where menus are developed on site with your input! This hotel prides itself on offering work life balance to its fully staffed kitchen brigade. You will be working a selection of early shifts and late shifts however when on a late shift the finish time is around 9pm!
