Basic Salary: up to £32,000
Hours: 9am - 5.30pm - office based - Flexible working hours available

This is a great opportunity for someone who is capable of working with excellent attention to detail, thrives working within a team and offers an excellent standard of service across the work they do. The role is open to someone with 1-2 years’ experience within Financial Services and looking to step into a role supporting Independent Financial Advisors, or an experienced IFA Administrator who may be looking to develop and progress.

Salary & Benefits:
*Basic Salary - £27,000 - £32,000 (Depending on experience & qualifications)

Responsibilities
*Administration support with processing new business such as investments, pensions, mortgages & life
*Client servicing (switches, rebalance, withdrawals etc)
*Handling policy enquiries
*Telephone and reception duties as required
*General Administration support such as, call handling, post, typing, meeting and greeting clients
Skills and experience:
*Previous experience working within an Independent Financial Adviser practice
*Organised & methodical
*Excellent attention to detail and high standards of accuracy
*Organised and able to prioritise
*Ability to work to deadlines
*Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
*Thrive working as part of a team
*Strong IT skills - MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook
*Experience of IO (Intelliflo) back office system would be advantageous
*Knowledge or experience of Abrdn, Aviva or Aegon would also be advantageous
