Job Description:
AYS has been a constant provider in the commercial cleaning industry since 1968 and we now have a vacancy for someone to join our team and further develop our customer base.
We are looking for a confident and motivate Telesales Representative who will be proactively responsible for generating new business, booking qualified appointments and promoting our services via outbound calls. Primarily home based, this is a hybrid role as you will be required to attend meetings in Oxfordshire, UK.
Key Responsibilities:
*Conduct outbound calls to prospective B2B clients
*Build rapport and identify customer needs
*Clearly communicate the benefits of our business
*Qualify leads, identify key decision-makers and book appointments for the field sales team
*Achieve monthly targets for lead generation/appointments made
*Excellent communication and active listening skills
*Proven ability to book appointments
*Manage and update the CRM system accurately, working with and producing weekly pipeline reports
Skills & Attributes:
*Strong verbal communication
*Resilient and skilled at handling objections professionally
*Self motivated, proactive and present solutions not problems
*Eager to succeed
*Previous telesales experience is essential
*Either strong mobile or wi-fi signal when working at home
What’s on Offer:

*3 days per week (days to be agreed) – no weekends
*Remote working but travel to business meetings in OX11 will be required
