We are recruiting a reliable, hardworking Warehouse Operative to join a busy logistics team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in picking, packing, stock control and loading who are looking for steady hours and potential progression.

Key responsibilities
*Pick and pack orders accurately and to schedule
*Carry out stock control tasks, including counting, recording and reporting discrepancies
*Load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently
*Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment
*Assist with general warehouse duties as required

Skills and experience required
*Proven experience in picking, packing, stock control and loading
*Forklift skills desirable; forklift licence not essential (training may be available)
*Good attention to detail and numeracy
*Ability to work physically and lift/move goods safely
*Strong team player with a reliable, punctual approach

Candidates must have proven experience within a warehouse role. Ideally some forklift experience with either external licences or in-house training.
Please note this will start as a temporary role, full time hours working from 6am starts. After successful probation the role will transfer to to a permanent contract.
