We’re growing and looking for an experienced, motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our remote team.
The RoleThis is a 360 recruitment role where you will:
*Develop and manage client relationships within care homes, supported living services, SEN schools and mainstream schools
*Source, screen and place high-quality candidates
*Manage bookings, shifts and compliance requirements
*Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
*Negotiate rates and manage margins responsibly
*Deliver exceptional service to both clients and staff
You’ll have autonomy, flexibility and the opportunity to genuinely build your own desk.
What We’re Looking ForEssential:
*Previous recruitment experience (care or education preferred)
*Proven billing history
*Strong business development skills
*Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
*Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
Desirable:
*Existing client or candidate network
*Knowledge of CQC or education compliance standards
*Experience working with temporary staffing
