Vertex Associates are proud to be partnering with a rapidly growing business who are proactively seeking a Sales Manager to join their team.
This is an onsite position which will include occasional travel across the UK.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
*Lead and motivate a sales team managing relationships, ensuring strong performance and accountability
*Drive consistent activity levels and keep the team focused
*Strengthen and grow client network through proactive engagement and partnership development
*Conduct regular in-person meetings, visits, and check-ins to maintain strong rapport and insight
*Attend sector events and networking opportunities
*Identify performance issues, implement improvement plans, and escalate concerns when needed
*Produce weekly and monthly performance reports covering KPIs and pipeline activity
Skills Desired:
*Proven ability to lead teams to high performance
*Strong communication skills by phone and in person
*Skilled in resolving conflicts and managing sensitive situations
*Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented with the ability to work independently
