We are delighted to be working with one our long-term clients. They are recruiting for a Customer Support Specialist to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.
Key responsibilities will include:
*Handling all customer support queries on products and services
*Being the single point of contact for customers
*Providing service support to customers
*Qualifying and log customer cases in CRM system
*Updating documentation when required
*Working closely with system support and solution delivery teams
*Applying swarming methodology standards on case resolution
The successful candidate will have:
*Experience in a similar role
*Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
*Experience working with CRM systems - SalesForce preferable
*A customer focused attitude
*Excellent interpersonal skills
*Ability to work well under pressure
*Experience with Excel (formulas and pivot tables)
