Product Data Scientist
London or Midlands Hybrid
Up to 85,000 plus bonus and benefits

The Role
In this Product Data Scientist position, you will:
* Use quantitative analysis and data storytelling to uncover user behaviour and drive product decisions.
* Identify opportunities for optimisation by generating hypotheses, designing experiments, and supporting continuous testing.
* Define and align product and business metrics in partnership with key stakeholders.
* Build and maintain self-serve dashboards and tools that empower teams with accessible insight.
* Deliver deep-dive analysis to support strategic initiatives and provide clear, actionable recommendations.
* Contribute to the central knowledge hub, ensuring clarity and consistency across reporting and metric definitions.
* Work cross-functionally to close capability gaps and champion consistent use of data across the business.
Your Skills and Experience
You will bring:
* Strong commercial experience working with data in a digital or product-led environment.
* Proficiency in SQL and one or more analytical or scripting languages such as Python or R.
* Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Lightdash, or Tableau.
* The ability to translate complex business questions into analytical tasks with clear, meaningful outputs.
* Strong communication and data storytelling skills, with the ability to influence across teams.
* A proactive, curious mindset with a focus on problem solving and understanding user behaviour.
