People Advisor
Location: Manchester City Centre
Salary: £35,000-£37,500
This is a brilliant opportunity to join a people-focused organisation delivering specialist services across commercial, retail and industrial environments.
The role offered is People Advisor and supports the fastest growing area of the business with continued growth planned so a really exciting time to be joining the business. This role will suit a true HR generalist with a good couple of years experince working at Advisor level, who enjoys being close to the business, balancing hands-on operational HR with the opportunity to influence, improve and shape how people practices evolve as the organisation continues to grow.
You’ll join a well-established People & Talent team and partner with key stakeholders across the business, taking ownership of employee relations, coaching managers, supporting change initiatives and helping to deliver a positive, consistent colleague experience.
The role will focus on:
* Managing a varied ER caseload (investigations, absence, conduct and capability)
* Coaching and upskilling operational managers
* Supporting a diverse workforce in a fast-paced environment
* Supporting growth activity and change, including TUPE
* Acting as a trusted HR sounding board for stakeholders
This role is 5 days onsite in Manchester, so would suit someone who enjoys being visible, building relationships face-to-face and staying close to operational teams.
